SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

5 Years' post-articles relevant experience
Proven track record of having worked on projects (Mergers and Acquisitions, JSE Listings etc)
LLB degree essential, and must be an admitted Attorney
Drafting commercial contracts and legal opinions
General corporate work
Due Diligences
Must be well organized and conscientious
Strong verbal and written skills
Strong commercial drafting skills
Display attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Maintain confidentiality
Reliability and self motivation very important
