SUMMARY:
A company is seeking an experienced Concrete Civil Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee site operations, supervise construction teams, and ensure quality workmanship on civil construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, resource management, and experience in concrete works, waterproofing, and finishing.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

5–8 years’ experience in waterproofing and concrete finishing
Proven experience supervising teams on civil construction projects
Strong understanding of construction methods and SANS 1200 standards
Experience with pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works
Reservoir construction experience advantageous
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage resources, timelines, and site productivity effectively
Self-driven and results-oriented
Valid driver’s license
