VACANCY AVAILABLE: CONVEYANCING (TRANSFER ) SECRETARY:

My client, a Law firm in Pretoria West, is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary – Transfers to join their team.

Must have 5 years of experience in Transfers
Must be able to run the matter from receipt of instruction and opening of the file to finalizing of finances and upon registration and closure of the file
Bonds will be an advantage
To start as soon as possible
Must be able to work under pressure
Computer Programmes:
Ghost-Convey
Microsoft
Salary: Negotiable
