Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking to employ a Cost Estimator Commercial Manager for Shopfitting to join their dynamic team in City Deep Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum qualification Grade 12
• Preferred qualification certificate in management and cost estimation
• 2 - 4 years experience in a cost estimation management position
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Valid Drivers Licence and own vehicle
• Key Responsibilities
  
  1. Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Project Costing and Pricing: Develop and execute project costing models, ensuring accurate cost estimation and pricing.
  3. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

  1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for all company project requests, including materials, labour, and overheads
  2. Analyse project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine costs.
  3. Develop and maintain a database of costs, prices, and suppliers.
