Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be respo0nsible for the following key duties:

Maximise commercial performance by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards

Take full ownership of project delivery, from planning to completion

Ensure all site operations are carried out safely and in compliance with environmental regulations

Oversee quality control to deliver defect-free work aligned with project specifications

Manage project programmes and prepare weekly/monthly progress and forecast reports

Coordinate procurement and resource planning to ensure timely availability of materials and labour

Lead stakeholder communication, including reporting to clients, consultants, and internal teams

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity and workflow

Support audits, site reporting, and HR compliance, including attendance tracking and documentation.
