Employer Description Internationally renowned design specialists Job Description Reporting to the Director, the Interior Designer will handle the following: Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives. Prepare space plans, layouts, mood boards, and detailed design presentations. Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials to meet design and budget requirements. Produce technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation purposes. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout project delivery. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained. Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules. Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and client specifications. Qualifications Relevant Design qualification Skills 3-5 years' experience in high-end residential or leisure design or Furniture, finishes and equipment design Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Revit for 3D modelling, technical documentation, detailing and project coordination
