Employer Description Shopfitting specialist and fit out company Job Description Reporting to the Director, the Head of Operations will • Oversee and manage daily business operations to maximize efficiency, productivity and profitability across the organization. • Develop, implement and monitor strategic operational processes to support business objectives and sustainable growth. • Prepare, manage, and control departmental and organizational budgets to ensure effective financial performance. • Lead, mentor and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, legal, health, safety and company policy requirements. • Analyze and optimize workflows, systems and operational procedures to improve performance and resource utilization. • Coordinate activities across all departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions where necessary. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions and operational efficiencies. • Support executive management in strategic planning, business development initiatives, and organizational decision-making. • Manage operational risks and implement controls to safeguard company assets and business continuity. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction and overall business performance. Qualifications Relevant business or operations management qualification Skills 4-6 years' experience in a production, manufacturing or equivalent management role handling furniture production, fit-out, shopfitting, expos or similar Microsoft 365 Project Management tracking system experience
