Employer Description A building & renovations company operating in the construction industry Job Description Reporting to the Project Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will: Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender documentation for construction projects. Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities from drawings and specifications. Monitor project costs evaluate variations and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Assess contractor payment claims and prepare interim and final accounts. Liaise with clients consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements Qualifications Relevant QS qualification (BTech or BSc) Skills 3-5 years' experience Residential and commercial project experience
