Job Title: CRM

Location: Sea Point, Cape Town

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Salary: From R16000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday plus either Saturday or Sunday (6-Day Work Week)

Shift Options:

• 10:00am to 18:00 pm
• 15:00pm to 23:00pm
• 19:00pm to 03:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Support our CRM systems to keep sales operations running smoothly.
• Assist upper management with real-time agent performance tracking and reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, dashboard updates, and tech support for team tools.
• Collaborate on special projects and help identify process improvements.
• Work closely with team leads and agents to drive performance and engagement.

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

• CRM or financial systems experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills – including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Matric required; studies in Business, IT, or Finance are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable working shifts and 6 days per week.
• Immediate availability is preferred
