An exciting opportunity for someone within E-commerce, who has an eye for detail, and a passion for data and improving the customer experience. For this position, one must thoroughly understand HubSpot capabilities and its integration with other systems.

The successful candidate will be the go-to person for anything related to their CRM system. This includes building new workflows and reports, ensuring data integrity in their customer database, and analysing data to make evidence-based recommendations to their business teams across their business units. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing new email workflows and maintaining existing workflows
• Designing and building new reports and dashboards
• Building and maintaining email templates
• Setting up new user profiles and managing roles and access according to GDPR/POPIA legislation
• Ensuring data consistency and integrity with other internal systems
• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues with the HubSpot team
• Liaising with our marketing teams to ensure that we are leveraging our their platform
• Database cleaning, i.e., performing regular checks to maintain the health of their database
• Collaboration with marketing teams across estates to provide CRM support
• Setting up automations for various internal and external processes
• Managing and reporting on short-term projects
• Training new and existing HubSpot users

Qualifications and experience required:

• A degree in an appropriate field of study: Marketing / Business / IT
• Minimum two years’ work experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
• Advanced computer skills (Experience in using Microsoft Excel)
• Interest in mastering new software systems
• Ability to communicate well and advise users on best practises
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) will be advantageous
• Experience in data analysis and statistics will be advantageous
