Customer Relations Manager Executive

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused professional to manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients within a corporate sales environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, identifying inefficiencies, driving cost-saving initiatives, and delivering measurable value to clients through strategic account management. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to retain and grow existing business while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities to achieve growth targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be highly proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools, and possess the ability to engage confidently with clients at various levels.
