We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot to lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of our clients CRM platform. You will be instrumental in aligning CRM processes with business goals, managing data integrity, and supporting end users across departments. This is a hands-on role ideal for a highly technical CRM expert who also understands business processes, marketing, sales, and customer success workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Configure and customize HubSpot to support business needs (pipelines, workflows, automation, integrations, custom properties, reporting, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize CRM usage and drive adoption.
- Integrate HubSpot with other systems such as marketing tools, ERP, or support platforms via native integrations, APIs, or middleware.
- Ensure data hygiene, governance, and compliance, including GDPR or relevant data privacy regulations.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business insights and decision-making.
- Train and support users across departments, including creation of training materials, SOPs, and onboarding guides.
- Serve as technical lead and subject matter expert for all things HubSpot CRM.
- Evaluate and implement new CRM features or modules as needed.
- Manage relationships with HubSpot support and any external CRM vendors or consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, with 3+ years specifically in HubSpot CRM.
- Proven experience in HubSpot CRM implementation and configuration from the ground up.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing automation, lead lifecycle, contact management, and reporting.
- Strong skills in HubSpot Workflows, Custom Properties, Lists, Dashboards, Reports, Sequences, and Lead Scoring.
- Experience with data migration, deduplication, and system integration.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot’s Operations Hub, CMS, and Marketing Hub is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Boomi, Workato) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM Implementation, Marketing Software, Sales Software, Operations Hub).
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
