POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

English and Afrikaans speaking
Minimum 3 years in a similar IT, software support role
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (eg Hubspot, Salesforce
Strong trouble-shooting skills
Familiar with SQL, automation tools and cloud platforms like MS Azure
