Professional Project Architect (SACAP Registered) – Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

This is an architecture company that does commercial, industrial, retail and some residential projects

Your responsibilities will be the following:

Architectural design and project management from concept to completion
Preparing and managing submittals
Ensuring compliance with building regulations and collaborating with various stakeholders including client liaison.
Will work on Stages 3 – 6 of project development
Contract Administration – JBCC
Dealing directly with clients
Attend Site meetings
