Call Center Agent

SUMMARY:
No selling of products, strictly setting up appointments for the Financial Advisors only

POSITION INFO:

Based in Somerset West, Cape Town
In office call center position

Duties | Responsibilities:

No selling of products over the phone.

They are a small group of financial advisors.

The primary duties of the candidates will be to make appointments for the Financial Advisors to go and see clients and generate New Business.

Cold calling with leads that they provide, you will be obligated to make a minimum of 150 dials per day that will ensure that you can meet your targets.

They are looking for English and Afrikaans speaking candidates (Being well spoken in Afrikaans will be an advantage)

Call center experience is a must, you will have to be able to handle rejection very well as is it something that you will deal with on a daily basis.

They are looking for young energetic individuals that want to strive and compete with each other.
