Exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant to work with our existing client base. Sales and new business development is not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work within a dynamic team environment by shortlisting above average talent for our blue chip client base
Manage the candidate process from start to finish
Source suitably qualified and experienced candidates from our internal databases and various job portals
Thorough and detailed screening process is required
Interview candidates and represent them to our clients
Work within a fast paced environment to ensure client parameters and deadlines are met
Conduct all background checks
This position is deskbound and based at our premises in Bedfordview
Matric and 4 - 6 years recruitment agency experience is essential
We require:

A self-managed and well-organised individual
Excellent people skills and professional manner
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
