Job Description – Candidate Quantity Surveyor
Our Client are seeking Candidate Quantity Surveyors to join our team.
No prior work experience is required; however, candidates must meet the academic and qualification criteria below.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying – completed.
• A strong academic record with consistently good results.
• Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and work within a project-driven environment.
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Assist senior quantity surveyors with measurements, cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Support with procurement processes, contractor evaluations and bill of quantities preparation.
• Conduct site visits and assist with progress reporting.
• Help maintain project cost control, valuations, and payment certificates.
