Capability Specialist

SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for the developing of project capability initiatives to deliver on the business objectives.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Organisational Psychology / HR
• Organisational development experience: 7 – 10 year
• Change Management certification (desirable)
• Strong experience in designing quality, effective business-wide solutions aligned to strategic business objectives
• Sound business acumen
• Project management experience
• Ability to translate complexity to simplicity
• Experienced in delivering results and meeting business expectations
• Skills to influence and coach at senior levels in the company
• Skilled in facilitation and communication
• Experience working effectively in a range of Africa markets and working with teams in Africa
• MS Office advanced
• Willingness to travel to all company operations

Responsibilities:

• Providing support for strategic projects and operating model re-design
• Support and advise senior leaders and HR to achieve the desired shift in culture
• Ensure governance of operating model changes
• Ensure alignment across strategic change initiative
• Oversee and develop learning and development solutions related to business strategic projects
• Develop strategic change management
• Develop and facilitate change impact assessments and risk impact assessments to support required actions to be built into project and BAU plans
• Support business improvement
• Diagnose performance gaps through recommending organisational effectiveness lever
• Build line manager and HR competence in organisation design & change management
