SUMMARY:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services organization seeking a talented and motivated Capital Markets Business Analyst to join our team.

POSITION INFO:
As a key player in the financial industry, we provide innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies to optimize our clients' financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of capital markets trends, financial instruments, and trading strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems, and data flows.
Implement and enhance analytical tools and models to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or financial services.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and market structure.
Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, Series 7) are highly desirable.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
