JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client is seeking the services of a Case Manager - Nurse to start on June 1, 2022.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Registered Nurse/Professional Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

-Min 5 Years experience

-SANC Registered

-Previous Work experience with the elderly will be of advantage

-All duties related to the elderly.

Duties will include:

-Co-Ordinate the hospital case management process and facilitate the communication process between all role players by providing accurate and timeous clinical information.

-To minimize the financial risk of the organization.

-Knowledge of ICD10 Codes and CPT4/CCSA codes relayed to the medical funds.

Location: Brits, North West

Type of position: Permanent

Salary: R 28 000 - R 30 000 per month

Starting Date: As soon as possible
