2. Position Overview
Our client is looking for a Multiplier General Manager (GM) to lead a fast-growing, multi-entity business environment.
This is not a traditional management role.
This is a leadership role for someone who can bring structure into complexity, drive execution, and build systems that scale.
The GM will oversee a central Head Office managing multiple franchise and operational entities, ensuring performance across all areas of the business.

• Managing multiple entities from one Head Office
• Serving a growing client base across 12 service types
• Employing teams across:
  • Admin
  • Sales / Customer Care Consultants
  • Supervisors
  • Cleaning personnel

• Challenges (operational pressure, systems gaps, financial discipline)
• Opportunities (growth, commercial contracts, national scale)

• Driving performance across operations, people, finance, sales, and systems
• Building structure and accountability
• Ensuring consistent execution across all teams

• Oversee daily service delivery

• Manage scheduling and execution

• Manage and develop staff across all levels

• Manage debtors and cash flow
