Are you a technically strong accountant with a passion for financial reporting?
We are seeking an Accountant: Annual Financial Statements (AFS) to join our growing team.
This specialist role focuses on the preparation of annual financial statements, tax computations, trial balance reviews, and support for independent review engagements across a diverse client portfolio.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Accounting Degree Completed or progressing through SAICA, SAIPA or equivalent articles. B.Com Honours advantageous. CA(SA) or completed articles highly advantageous. Proven ability to independently compile annual financial statements. Strong knowledge of tax computations and deferred tax. Understanding of ISRE 2400. Audit experience advantageous. Experience with Xero, Pastel, Eureka and\/or CaseWare. Key Responsibilities: Compile annual financial statements for various entity types Prepare tax computations and related reconciliations Review and resolve accounting and disclosure matters Construct and analyse trial balances where required Prepare financials for independent review engagements Collaborate with accounting, tax and audit teams Engage professionally with clients when required What We Offer: Exposure to a diverse client base Technical training and development Clear career progression into management, supervision or client relationship management If you're detail-oriented, technically strong, and looking to build specialist expertise in financial reporting, we'd love to hear from you.
