JOB DESCRIPTION:

Gijima Human Capital Management is looking for an energetic individual to join the team as a Change Management Consultant. The position is based in Midrand and applicants must currently live in Gauteng.

The individual will be responsible for the following.

Change Management on a large-scale, public sector, ICT project including but not limited to the following:

Determining the levels of employee satisfaction using various tools
Determining the levels of employee engagement
Change interventions and change management capacity building
Change Management Strategy and Plan execution
Determining the organisational culture and implement relevant change management interventions

Training requirement may require the candidate to travel nationally.

Availability: immediately

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant tertiary degree
PROSCI certification is a pre-requisite
Coaching certification will be an advantage
Valid Driver’s license and own car/transport is a prerequisite
3-5 years change management experience on large-scale public-sector ICT projects is a pre-requisite
Change Management experience in conservation sector will be an advantage
