Urgent Role: Change Management /Org design Specialist

POSITION INFO:

Role: Change Management /Org design Specialist

Industry: Banking

Reporting to: GM

Rate: 1.2 million per annum TCTC

Duration: 12 months or Permanent

Relevant qualifications is essential
Change management certification or designation desired. Prosci Certification is a plus.
8+ years’ experience in change management and communications
10+ years proven, hands on Change management and Org Design projects experience
5+ years assessments experience
Financial industry experience in group-wide and large-scale transformation projects with strong business and commercial acumen is essential
Successful track record of developing effective Org Design strategies and solutions that have been implemented
