SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our team on a contract basis. (6-12 month contract)

Position is based in JHB CBD.
Start date: Immediately or 1 Jan 2026

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Must have experience in Banking and Payments.
Experience in Cross Border payments will be an advantage.
Must have a proven track record in change management, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.

Duties:

As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of change management within the Information Technology sector.
Your duties will include developing change management strategies, evaluating current processes, communicating changes to stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of initiatives.
