Our Client is a global leader in networking and smart technology, offering reliable, high-performance products and solutions to homes and businesses, and they are an international distributor. The company is expanding its footprint in the commercial and enterprise space, and is looking for a Channel Key Account Manager to drive growth and build long-term partnerships in the region.

We are seeking an experienced Channel Key Account Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing distributor and reseller accounts within the ICT/ Consumer Electronics/ Networking environment.

This role requires direct channel sales experience, with a strong understanding of how to drive both sell-in and sell-through performance across partner networks.

Position Overview:
You will take ownership of key distributor and reseller relationships, driving revenue growth through commercial strategy, partner engagement, and channel performance management. This is a highly commercial role requiring strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence partner behaviour.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, ICT, Networking, or a related
3 – 5 years’ proven experience in channel sales/ key account management (distribution & reseller environment).
Strong understanding of distribution models and partner ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to manage pricing, margins, and commercial agreements.
Experience driving sell-through performance (not just sell-in).
Strong analytical capability (Excel/ data-driven decision making).
Experience within consumer electronics, ICT, or networking sectors.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
Drive revenue through both sell-in and sell-through strategies.
Lead commercial negotiations: pricing, margins, rebates, and incentives.
Develop and execute channel strategies aligned to business objectives.
Monitor partner performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
Forecast demand and align stock with channel requirements.
Identify and resolve risks such as overstocking or slow-moving inventory.
Enable and support partner sales teams to drive product adoption.
Ensure consistent execution across the channel.
