Chartered Accountant

SUMMARY:
Are you looking to take the next step in your career and broaden your professional knowledge and skillset? Our client, a growing company within the agricultural sector is looking for a business savvy and numerically inclined Junior Financial Manager to support and report to the CFO.

POSITION INFO:

Prepare and review financial reports

Maintain records of financial transactions

Month-end closing procedures

Assist with Financial Reporting

Budgeting and forecasting

Maintain financial records up to a General Ledger Level

Annual audit assistance

Reviewing financial data including sales, bank statements, expenses

Provide accounting support to CFO

Assisting in the compilation of tax returns to ensure compliance across payroll, vat, income tax

Preparation of Management accounts

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an Accounting background.

Advanced Excel advantageous

Xero experience advantageous

Qualification:

BComm or BAcc Honors Degree

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles or CA(SA)
