Established company within the Clothing industry is seeking a newly qualifiedÂ Chartered Accountant â CA(SA)Â to join their dynamic Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on individual looking to gain broad exposure within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Support the Finance Manager by assisting with inventory and production accounting, treasury functions, digitising trim store records, and the development and implementation of a production accounting system
Manage the Creditors processing function
Prepare monthly VAT calculations
Maintain and update the fixed asset register
Process payroll journals
Calculate commissions and process journal entries
Perform GL reconciliations (excluding inventory and production-related accounts)
Complete intercompany reconciliations
Assist with: year-end audit preparation and supervision of document extraction, participation in system selection, development, and implementation projects, and improving reporting timelines and assisting with management accounts preparationÂ

Requirements:

Recently qualified CA(SA)
Experience with both Xero and Pastel Partner advantageous
Strong personality with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability
Eager to learn and gain exposure across various areas of finance and operations
