Key Responsibilities: Drive investment strategy and financial modelling Manage and optimise the property portfolio Oversee lease negotiations and commercial agreements Provide strategic financial support to Directors Manage cash flow, treasury, and funding structures Prepare management accounts and financial reports Oversee the accounting function and financial controls Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements Requirements: CA(SA) qualification Up to 2 years'' post-articles experience Experience in investments, asset management, or property portfolio management advantageous Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills Knowledge of property finance and lease structures advantageous Commercial acumen with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
