POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Manage the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial controls.
• Provide actionable financial insights to drive operational performance.

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with 2 years post-articles experience.
• Exposure to property, real estate, or corporate finance environments advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting skills and IFRS knowledge essential.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel; ability to analyze financial information and present insights clearly.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
