POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Optimise chemical and production processes for improved efficiency and cost savings
• Monitor plant performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analyses
• Prepare and maintain process documentation
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Support capital projects and plant expansions
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive performance decisions

• BSc / BEng in Chemical Engineering (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years experience in a processing/manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of plant operations, mass & energy balances, and process optimisation
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, or SHEQ systems
• Proficiency in technical reporting and data-driven decision making
