SUMMARY:
Our client, one of the largest international oil and gas organisations, is looking for a Sr. Petrochemicals Performance Analyst to join the Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) organization under Downstream Global Manufacturing, to support and oversee the performance of global manufacturing assets.

POSITION INFO:
The primary role is to provide technical and analytical expertise in generating findings and recommendations on the performance of Global Manufacturing petrochemical facilities, either independently or in collaboration with others, and to proactively provide solutions for problems/issues that may arise in the Global Manufacturing petrochemical businesses.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must have at least 10 years of analytical and operational background in the petrochemical industry with a focus on operational, HSSE, and optimizing cost of manufacturing.
A background in chemical engineering, with an advanced degree, is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

You are expected to be able to perform the following in support of GME’s Affiliates Manufacturing Excellence Division’s deliverables:
Understand the petrochemicals business operation, and be able to provide an in-depth technical analysis of business performance.
Periodically analyze manufacturing results of the various JVs and subsidiaries under organisations chemical portfolio. This includes operational performance, HSSE, and cost optimization.
Monitor reports on manufacturing performance, and compare the results of various JVs and subsidiaries in organisations chemical portfolio.
Identify areas of improvement in the business.
Provide support for the Business Plan and various monthly reports, as per the organisation and JVs’ planning calendars.
Provide technical advice and support to business projects
