Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize chemical production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor plant performance and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and R&D teams to enhance plant operations.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support commissioning and scaling of new processes and equipment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or processing environment.
Strong understanding of process engineering principles and plant operations.
Knowledge of HAZOP, risk assessments, and process safety management.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory and environmental standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
