POSITION INFO:
Your Role:
As CFO, you will lead the financial strategy and direction of the business. Overseeing a team of finance professionals, you will manage all financial operations, including:

Strategic planning and business partnering
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Risk management, compliance, and governance
Driving operational efficiency and financial performance

What You Bring:

Experience: ~15 years in finance, including at least 6 years in senior leadership
Sector Background: FMCG, Food & Beverage industry experience preferred
Languages: Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential
Geographic Exposure: Proven experience working across the African continent
