POSITION INFO:
A global leader in digital imaging and office solutions is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to permanently join their dynamic leadership team. This strategic role is designed for a CA(SA) with a proven track record in financial leadership. As the CFO, you will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring the continued growth and success of the business . Duties: Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, aligning it with overall corporate goals. Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and accounting standards (IFRS). Provide detailed financial insights and analysis to support executive-level decision-making and business strategy. Manage financial risks and implement controls to mitigate potential impact on the business. Optimize key financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation. Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders, communicating the company's financial performance and strategic direction. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Qualified CA(SA). At least 2 years' experience as a CFO or Financial Director in a listed company or similarly structured organization.
