SUMMARY:
Our client in the technology industry is looking for a dynamic and strategic CFO to join their executive leadership team.

As the CFO, you will be at the forefront of driving financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and positioning the company for long-term success in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Oversee compliance, governance, and risk management.
Provide strategic insights to the CEO and executive team to guide business growth.
Manage cash flow, funding, and capital structures to support expansion.
Implement and oversee financial systems, processes, and controls.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:

CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification.
8–10 years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role, with exposure to the technology sector or fast-growing industries.
Strong track record in fundraising, M&A, or scaling businesses.
Deep understanding of financial systems and reporting standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
