Are you a seasoned finance leader ready to take on a Group CFO role where you’ll shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, and drive growth across multiple entities?

POSITION INFO:

This permanent opportunity places you at the heart of a diverse group, where you’ll be accountable for internal and external financial reporting, compliance, governance, and strategic input at the highest level. You’ll oversee multiple business units, partner with the executive team, and ensure the organisation remains financially sound, efficient, and future-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full finance function, from reporting, compliance, and audits to cash flow and risk management.
Influence strategic direction by working closely with the CEO and Exco.
Manage budgets, acquisitions, and governance processes across the group.
Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Hons Accounting degree
Accredited CA (SA)
ITC and Credit Clear
Minimum 15 years post-article experience
Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance background
Proven experience in managing/supporting external audits
Experience in financial services, advisory, or related sectors (advantageous)
Solid understanding of financial systems and process improvement initiatives
Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
