POSITION INFO:
As the CFO, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Cluster CFO, acting as a true business partner while piloting both financial strategy and operational excellence. You’ll be based in a Shared Services environment - the hub that keeps everything running smoothly - while guiding finance across diverse projects and regions.
Your Itinerary (Key Responsibilities):
- Financial reporting & in-depth analysis
- Implementing and strengthening operational finance structures
- Spotting and managing financial & operational risks
- Cash flow management and treasury oversight
- Managing foreign currencies and foreign exchange exposure
- Leading internal and external audits
- Driving budgets, forecasts and business analysis
- Project accounting and tax planning
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team
- Building internal controls that ensure a smooth flight (and no turbulence)
What You’ll Need In Your Travel Kit:- CA(SA) qualification
- 10+ years’ experience in the commercial services industry (with project exposure)
- 5+ years in a management role
- Proven experience handling complex consolidations, FX and cross-border transactions
- A sharp commercial mindset, with the ability to balance compliance and strategy
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and empower your crew
