POSITION INFO:
Our client, a trailblazing player in the South African ISP & Telecoms industry, is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team in the southern suburbs of Cape Town (Newlands).

You won’t just “report the numbers” — you’ll shape the story behind them. In this role, you’ll sit alongside the CEO and executive leadership, offering financial strategy, challenges, and support in equal measure. You’ll lead a finance team of 4 direct reports and 15–20 indirect reports, bringing order to complexity and structure to ambition.

• Education: CA(SA) – essential
• Experience: 8–10 years post-articles experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Industry experience in ISP, Telecoms, or Tech-driven businesses (preferred)
• Strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial insight
• Ability to influence strategic decisions, create financial structures, and challenge constructively
