POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

A division of a global technology company is seeking an experience Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance department. The company has focused on the industry for over a decade and operates across the African continent. As the CFO you will form part of the EXCO team and should have previous experience with leading a large Finance team and dealing with stakeholders will be required.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Statutory reporting
Reviewing of payroll
Oversee the tax function
Oversee the treasury function
Manage insurance activities of the company
Oversee the procurement function of the business
Corporate governance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA)

Telecommunication or ITC industry experience prerequisite

Ten years’ experience within a CFO position will be beneficial

Must have dealt with a large turnover of over a Billion
