Our client concerned within the insurance industry who has been in operations for more than half a century is currently seeking to recruit a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on the available role of the Chief Financial Officer. The successful professional will be responsible for but not limited to planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. Duties:

• Corporate governance
• VAT & Tax submissions
• Statutory reporting
• Preparation of technical papers
• Prepare management packs
• Budgets and Forecasts

Qualification and Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• 5 – 10 years post articles experience
• Must have managed multiple entities
• Ability to work under pressure

Skills:

• Advanced Excel Knowledge
