SUMMARY:
As the CFO you will take charge of all strategic matters inclusive but not limited to investment analysis, financial management, IT, strategic planning, Tax planning, ensuring financial compliance and organisational administration. You will form part of the EXCO Team and will be reporting directly to the CEO.

POSITION INFO:

Manage the tax planning and compliance of the company.

Support the corporate development and investment opportunities, by providing financial evaluations of potential investment transactions etc.

Provide assistance with the development of investment models to provide financial analysis and evaluation of the annual operation plan.

Development of the five-year strategic plan.

Preparation of the company’s annual base business planning process and trend analysis of business performance.

Financial Management and Analysis.

Maintain professional relationships with key accounting, insurance, banks, auditors, and tax providers.

Assist with the human resource leadership team with the short- and long-term human resource plan development and execution.

Hands-on experience in the use and management of ERP’s.

Make sure to oversee the development of the company’s accounting policies and procedures.

Support the planning and administration relating to the company’s intellectual property assets.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 10 years commercial experience

Strong knowledge and experience of GAAP and IFRS

Commercial Finance experience, non-negotiable

Team Management experience

CA(SA)
