POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the financial reporting function, ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Provide commercial and financial insights to support executive decision-making Drive financial performance analysis and identify opportunities for business improvement Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors and relevant stakeholders Partner with senior leadership to support growth strategies, investment decisions, and operational efficiencies Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams to ensure high performance and succession planning Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and systems Minimum Requirements Qualifications BCom Accounting, Financial Management, or a related finance qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) Skills and Experience Currently employed in a Finance Manager, Financial Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Business Partner, Group Accountant, Financial Controller, Finance Director, or similar finance leadership role Post-articles experience within commercial finance, financial management, reporting, audit, or advisory environments Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and corporate governance principles Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering Proven ability to influence strategic decision-making through financial insights Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience managing finance teams and driving performance Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
