SUMMARY:
A renowned leader within the Insurance industry is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. The successful incumbent must be a qualified CA(SA) with at least 5 yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience as a CFO

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

CA(SA)
5-7 Years’ experience in a CFO role
Insurance industry experience (beneficial)
SAP ERP system (advantageous)
Excellent reporting experience

Key Responsibilities:

Management of the entire finance function and finance team
Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive team
Advising on long-term business plan finances
Ensure appropriate cashflow for the company
Ensure effective controls are in place and ensure compliance with IFRS and Tax
Identify financial risks and opportunities for the company
Reviewing of financial reports
Oversee the company fiscal activity including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and auditing
