SUMMARY:
An EE opportunity is available for a CFO to be based in the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Accounting/Finance is essential
Chartered Accounting qualification and registration with SAICA is essential
Minimum 10 years'' post-artical experience dealing with complex finance transactions of which 5 years in a senior managerial position
Valid Driver''s license
Computer literate: MS Office
Knowledge of PFMA and IFRS
Exposure in dealing with banks/multinational companies internationally and locally
Experience in stakeholder management with public sector, international companies and government

KPAs:

Oversee the creation of annual budgets
Compile monthly management accounts reports
Manage all legal compliance aspects in the Finance Department
Monitor the financial year-end audits
Manage accounts payable and receivables processes
Lead the finance team to ensure optimal performance
