An equipment leasing entity based in Johannesburg North is currently in the market for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take up a role as a Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience in the financial services industry.

An equipment leasing entity based in Johannesburg North is currently in the market for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take up a role as a Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

CA(SA)
7 – 15 years’ experience
Financial services industry experience (essential)
ABF experience (essential)
SPV experience (essential)
Capital raising experience (beneficial)
Knowledge of IFRS
Knowledge of Tax, Insurance and company legislation

Key Responsibilities:

Effective financial management
Effective funding and credit management
Staff management
Risk Management
Financial leadership to the business through strategy
Financial Analysis
