SUMMARY:
This business is owned by a large multinational. This Chief Financial Officer role is for an individual that enjoys both numbers and operations. This role will require someone who enjoy problem solving and putting in place structure, making things your own. Manufacturing industry experience is a non-negotiable.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

You will need to insure complete and accurate financial and operational accounting. Assume responsibility for the financial control environment. Manage expenses within budget. Monthly management reporting. Continuous improvement and automisation of finance process. This role requires someone both technically and operationally strong. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department as well making strategic business decisions.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA)
10 years post article experience
7 years experience as a Financial Manager
3-5 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer
Manufacturing industry experience - at least 4 years experience
People management skill
Full finance function including tax
Oversee payroll and IT
IFRS
Strong technical knowledge is critical
Knowledge of financial systems (on a technical level) and financial system configuration
Operational finance
