You would currently be sitting in a senior role where you have been mentored by a senior-level executive and want to grow your commercial career. This is not a number-crunching position and producing report after report! This is a position where you can influence the strategy of the business with your commercial savvy and input.

Essential Requirements for the role:

CA (SA)
10 years working experience (post articles or commercial experience)
Strong insurance experience is a major advantage
Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting.
Ability to assess complex situations and use creativity to solve problems.
High level of business acumen.
Sound analytical and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of business and financial literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation and negotiation.
