Our client operates in the financial services sector and is seeking a forward-thinking, commercially focused individual combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret a strategic vision into an operational model.   You would currently be sitting in a senior role where you have been mentored by a senior-level executive and want to grow your commercial career. Essential Requirements for the role:

• CA (SA)
• 10 years working experience (post articles or commercial experience)
• Strong insurance experience is a major advantage
• Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting.
• Ability to assess complex situations and use creativity to solve problems.
• High level of business acumen.
• Sound analytical and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of business and financial literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentation and negotiation.
