POSITION INFO:

Our client concerned within the Insurance industry who has been in operations for more than quarter of a century is currently seeking to recruit a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on the available role of the Chief Financial Officer. The successful professional will be responsible for but not limited for directing the company''s financial goals, objectives, and budgets as well as oversee the investment of funds held by the organization, weighing up and managing associated risks. Duties:

Full finance function for the group
Responsible to deliver on agreed Net Profit.
Manages all Commercial Relationships, including insurers
Responsible for monthly Board Pack.
Improve profitability of the business.
Oversee the forecasting and treasury
Othe business financial goals, objectives and forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 10 years commercial experience.
Must come from the insurance space.

Skills:

Advanced Excel Knowledge
IFRS 17
