SUMMARY:
Multi-national pharmaceutical concern based in the North has an opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) to take on the role of CFO. Previous experience from a multi-national in a similar role is essential. Qualified CA(SA) essential.

POSITION INFO:
Multi-national experience from pharmaceutical or FMCG industries

Major accountabilities would include:
Proactive financial leadership by developing analytical and financial insight for long and short-term decisions, as well as resource allocation outcomes and processes and country investments
Analyse company operating results and identify areas of concern
Establish and manage financial control processes, including quarterly and annual financial planning, goal setting and target monitoring
Ensuring financial results integrity and drive company reporting activities
Manage external auditor relationships
Prepare company for relevant audits
Corporate Compliance standards (i.e. SOX)
Fulfil overall company compliance
Ensure high level of corporate governance

10 to 12 years extensive experience in financial administration role
Excellent exposure to financial modelling and control process design
5 to 10 years leadership exposure at a senior level

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
SAP Knowledge essential
